We’ve used coconut cream powder which gives these oats a wonderfully rich texture that we have grown to love from this household classic. The dried blueberries combined with coconut sugar gives a natural sweetness that processed sugars just cant provide. How to Eat
1. Pour 1 cup of liquid (oat milk, almond milk, milk, etc.) with 1 cup of oats, and let sit for 8 – 12 hours in the refrigerator. Mix and enjoy!
2. For a more liquid result, add 1 and ¼ cup of liquid. -
Suggestions
• Drizzle honey on top for an even more dazzling taste!
• For a warm oatmeal that is extra creamy, simmer 1 cup of oats + 1 cup of liquid of your choice and 1 tsp of coconut oil or cacao butter on the stove or 1 – 1 minute and 30 seconds in the microwave. Stir and enjoy!
